The other night for Family Home Evening we were playing a card game with the kids, and Seth had chosen to be on my team. After John won two games in a row, Seth reconsidered and said, “I decided to change teams...” as he went over and sat by John. I had to laugh. And then I laughed again when I won the next game! Booyah! Take that! Mom can win sometimes too! :)

Mom, you are always by default the head champion of anything! You should have put that on the table before the game started. You'll always have a buddy then. Yes, I speak from past experience.

Hello, Christine!! It's wonderful to see you in the blogging world...I've been out of is for so long. You guys are a beautiful family!! Your darling kids are getting so big and, while I didn't think it was even possible, they are even cuter than they were a couple of years ago!
